Main Focus
Detecting and Precisely programming intracellular microenvironment using nanodiamond complex
Curriculum Vitae
Kaiqi studied Chemistry at Soochow University in Jiangsu, China, and completed his Master's degree in June 2017. He then moved to the University of Groningen (Groningen, the Netherlands) where he completed his Ph.D. research on Nanodiamond quantum sensing in living cells upon pathogen infections under the supervision of Professor R. Schirhagl in November 2022. In January 2023, he joined the group of Professor Tanja Weil at the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research. His research interests focus on applying nanodiamond (ND) quantum sensing technology to in-situ probing and programming the intracellular microenvironment.
