Collaborative Research Center 1066: “Nano-Dimensional Polymer Therapeutics for Tumor Therapy”.
The aim of the Collaborative Research Center is to develop efficient tumor immunotherapy based on drug nanocarriers. Our contribution is focused on the development and application of fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) based approaches for monitoring the nanocarriers at all stages of the delivery process: after preparation, in the blood stream and in the cytosol of living cells.
