Postdoc position: 3D printing of polymeric structures

To strengthen the research in the field of 3D printing, we are currently looking for highly motivated and talented postdoctoral candidates with an excellent academic record and strong expertise in colloidal chemistry, material science, preferably with some experience in 3D printing and Electrospinning.

About the project

Within this research project, the successful candidate will be in charge of developing novel polymeric structures that are enriched with nanoparticles of different kind in order to enhance their functionality using 3D printing and electrospinning techniques. You will be part of the Physical Chemistry of Polymers department at the MPI-P, led by Prof. Dr. Katharina Landfester

Job requirements

For this position, we seek enthusiastic and motivated candidates with a PhD degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or similar. The working language at the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research is English. Therefore, good communication skills in English (both written and spoken) are required.

The position is available now. Remuneration will be according to the collective wage agreement for the public service (TVöD), 13 TV-B
